Una Hildebrandt, RYT-200, has maintained a committed yoga practice for the past 15 years, and has found that the benefits of yoga can be measured far beyond physical fitness. She draws inspiration from many styles, including Ashtanga, Kundalini, and Power Yoga, but her practice and teaching style are grounded in a vinyasa flow, linking breath with movement to create dynamic sequences that encourage strength and flexibility. She offers a positive, direct, and supportive approach to help students maintain a yoga practice that will sustain and nourish them. Una completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Flow Yoga Center in 2013. She is also a certified mat Pilates instructor.
